We offer durable protective finishes and a range of industrial protective coatings for steel, aluminum, galvanized parts, and components.

Degrease

We use a chemical spray which eats away all loose dirt, debris, oils, grease, and grime. Next, we sandblast which removes any rust, paint, or remnants of powder coat or debris.

Prepare

Items undergo inspection, and rough areas are sanded to ensure the surfaces are as even as possible and ready to powder coat. Areas are masked and hung, ready for the oven.

Pre-Bake

The pre-baking process allows tiny pockets of gas to escape from surface pores which are on metal. We are alleviating any possible chance of obstacles to adhesion curing.

COAT & Cure

We offer and utilize the highest quality powder coat materials. When prepped, items are baked to achieve a smooth rich beautiful finish. After curing, and cooled they're wrapped.

Pearland Powder Coating boasts a state-of-the-art, twenty foot industrial batch oven ideal for powder coating, heat treating, and composite curing. We utilize technology which saves time and money every day. We never compromise when it comes to quality, and performance.

Antimicrobial Coating
Antimicrobial paint finishes are designed for use on a wide range of applications including laboratories, bathrooms, hospitals, schools, child care facilities, public transit, play equipment, handrails, fitness equipment and high use areas.
The Best Results Every Time
Our state of the art production process consists of four stages - parts cleanse, powder spray stations, dry-off, and multiple curing ovens. We also have specialty ovens for special and over-sized parts for industrial equipment.
